We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays.

Returns

To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Because CELLTRAIL is an ingestible wellness product, opened products cannot be returned.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can make it right.
